The decision-to-outcome control plane
Turn an uncertain signal into a commitment that closes the loop.
DeciSense takes a raw signal, backs it with evidence, records the decision and who approved it, governs the execution, measures the outcome, and keeps an immutable record of everything learned. One item, one traceable spine — from Brief to Record.
Every item has the same six destinations
A strategic item — an idea, a program, a policy, an investment — moves through one workspace. Each destination answers a single question, and each one absorbs the scattered screens it replaces.
Brief
"What is this, why does it matter, and what happens next?"
Evidence
"What do we know, assume, and still need to test?"
Decision
"What options did we consider, what did the Boardroom conclude, and who approved?"
Delivery
"What have we committed to do, who owns it, and what is blocked?"
Outcomes
"What result did we expect, what happened, and what did we learn?"
Record
"What is the complete trace?"
Decision-to-outcome integrity
The north-star, computed — not claimed.
Most tools can tell you a decision was made. DeciSense measures how many decisions actually closed the loop — a single number that only counts an item when all of its integrity signals are present: an evidence-backed decision, an owner, a committed plan, an expected result, and a measured outcome. An item still in flight is never rounded up to "done", so the headline can't flatter you. It is a view over the same definition of a gap the executive cockpit uses, so the two can never disagree.

A single missing signal keeps the item out of the numerator — the AND across every element.
The AI Boardroom
Pressure-test the call before you commit.
Inside the Decision destination, a boardroom of seven specialist advisors — strategist, architect, delivery, finance, go-to-market, risk and a dedicated challenger — each leads with the one insight only their desk would surface. A cockpit above the seats shows where they converge, where they conflict, and cross-desk referrals, then synthesizes a single Chair's Summary with a confidence score. The verdict becomes a canonical, immutable decision record — re-running convenes a new round rather than overwriting the last.

Strategy above the item
See the whole portfolio, not one card at a time.
Items roll up to objectives and key results, and group into portfolios — with a genuine many-to-many link, so an initiative can even push against an objective and the model says so. Above it all, the executive exception cockpit reads across everything and surfaces only what needs a leader's attention: twelve kinds of exception, sharing one definition of a gap with the integrity metric.
A read-only view — nothing writes to it, so the signal can't drift.
Enterprise & government
A control plane you can be audited on
Every action passes one authorization decision point, and the record of what happened is evidence, not a log you can quietly edit.
One authorization point
Deny-by-default with a machine-readable reason code. Attribute rules can only restrict access, never grant it — proven structurally and by a schema constraint.
Immutable audit & export
The decision and event history is append-only. Exports stamp a reproducible checksum for tamper-evidence. Break-glass elevation writes its own audit row in the same transaction.
Retention & legal hold
A legal hold blocks a retention deletion — a held resource records "skipped", never "deleted". Data classification is a first-class catalog.
Committee & board governance
A quorate motion — quorum, recusal, voting rule, retained dissent — files a single canonical decision. It does not fork a parallel decision store.
Tenant AI usage policy
Decide which models may see which data classifications, deny-by-default. An on-prem-only policy denies every cloud provider automatically — the air-gap guarantee, enforced.
Built for enterprise identity
OIDC, SAML and SCIM provisioning federate into the role model, with custom roles, delegation and a multi-group precedence that refuses to silently escalate.
Authorization is application-enforced today; the database-level row-security mechanism is proven and staged for a verified rollout.
Runs anywhere. Your model, your rules.
Deploy in the cloud, on your own infrastructure, or fully air-gapped — where an egress guard fails closed and refuses any outbound request before a socket opens. Bring your own LLM: a local model, a frontier provider, or the gateway. An admin console lets you select and genuinely test every connection — each probe really probes.

Platform connections · tested
Extensible, without being leaky
Connect the tools around you, speak your sector's language, and build on a public surface that refuses to become an attack vector.
Connect your tools
A governed connector framework with ClickUp, Notion and metrics connectors. Pull in tasks, knowledge and live measures on demand — each connector declares its own air-gap posture.
Public API & webhooks
A versioned /api/v1 with scoped, hashed keys, plus HMAC-signed webhooks hardened against SSRF — every redirect hop re-validated against one allowlist.
Sector operating packs
Venture, personal, government, enterprise and manufacturing packs. Packs are data resolved through one engine — never a forked code path.
Reviewed playbook library
Curated playbooks where "reviewed" is trustworthy — a constraint makes it impossible for something to look reviewed without naming a reviewer.
Connector SDK
Build your own connector against a stable kit with a conformance harness that flags non-conformance instead of rubber-stamping it.
Governed artifacts
Board-ready artifacts and exports are versioned into the Record — the immutable trace of what was produced, when, and from what.
Built to refuse false precision
The parts that make DeciSense trustworthy aren't features you toggle — they're invariants the schema makes impossible to violate.
Measured, never guessed
Progress separates what was actually measured from what was derived, and renormalises over measured dimensions only — so the UI never shows precision it does not have.
Decision history is immutable
Decisions supersede rather than overwrite; rebuttals, dissent and audit are append-only. A re-run creates a new round — the evidence trail can never be quietly rewritten.
"Partial" is first-class
A half-successful worker run or connector sync is recorded as partial, never rounded up to success — and a failed run does not advance its cursor.
Restrict-only by construction
Access rules can only narrow permission, never widen it, and air-gap egress is enforced by a control that fails closed — not by configuration hygiene.
